Fish and reef conservation is now an important issue as large parts of reef systems around the world are disappearing rapidly, see em while you can. I am a member of Green Fins Thailand. Their goal is "to protect and conserve coral reefs by establishing and implementing environmentally friendly guidelines to promote a sustainable diving tourism industry". This is a great source of information regarding eco friendly diving and boat practices. Also statistics on the health of the reefs and how you can take part and collect valuable data and submit it.
