Spencer is originally from the UK and worked as an IT consultant for many years. Now a full time instructor living in Phuket Thailand since 2001, with hundreds of certifications, a liveabaord cruise director and underwater photgraper who averages 400-500 hours a year underwater. Spencer has more than 3000 dives in Thailand/Burma alone and more hundreds of dives in other parts of the world including the Red Sea, Australia, Truck lagoon, Florida, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Bonaire, Curracou. Another member of the team is Pla (which happens to mean fish in Thai), a native Thai who has been involved in the diving industry for over two years. She now loves to spend her free time jumping off the boat playing with the fish rather than just eating them.
